A leading Investment management firm based in Mayfair has an exciting new position for an ambitious, bright, eager to learn and polished Junior Assistant/ Receptionist. This role is a combination of Reception duties and Office/ Team Assistant.

You will be meeting and greeting clients, making refreshments, answering the phones, setting up meeting rooms, admin duties such as assisting booking travel, hotels and arranging trips. Booking restaurants and assisting with personal errands such as fetching dry cleaning, making tea and coffee, ordering and picking up lunches, buying birthday cakes and any other errands to help the teams. 

This is a wonderful position and my client is looking for an outstanding candidate who wants to be in an environment where they are taught how to be a wonderful Assistant and have the opportunity to grow and further their career. 

With the office located in Mayfair you will right in the hustle and bustle of the West End!

You must have had some work experience in an office, If you have a background with some hospitality services in that could be advantageous.  You must be a graduate or have achieved good grades at both GCSE’s and A Levels (A* - C IDEALLY), have a good attention to detail, have exceptional written and spoken English and be well presented at all times. Being secretarially trained could also be an advantage.  

If you speak French or Italian that could be very useful.
