Tiger Private are looking for a French speaking Corporate Lifestyle Manager to join a Members Only Lifestyle Group. Your responsibilities will involve fulfilling a range of leisure and lifestyle related requests while delivering and maintaining the highest level of service to Members around the world. Duties will include but shall not be limited to:
To start ASAP.
- Travel bookings
- Restaurant/Club bookings
- Gift ideas
- Tickets to global events
- Intensive and extensive phone and email correspondence
- Management of requests
- Database update and management
- Minimum of 1 year Customer Service experience
- Fast learner
- Creative problem solver
- Remain calm under pressure
- Outstanding project management skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
