An exciting and well established Global Fashion/Retail Brand is seeking a confident and articulate Customer Services Advisor to assist with the management of prestigious, high end, key accounts.
They are looking for someone with proven customer service experience, a confident manner, good communication skills and strong MS Office including Excel – spreadsheets / pivot tables / v look ups.
Key responsibilities to include:
- Proactively analyse delivery data and problem solve to support customer relationships.
- Across all product categories manage the flow of goods to support your customer base.
