Opportunity to join a renowned brand in the Leisure & Entertainment sector as PA to Director within their Marketing & Technology teams. Based in the West End of London.

Client Details

The client are an exciting Entertainment and Leisure company who are responsible for many well known attractions.

Description

  • Provide a professional first point of contact in respect of all internal and external enquiries, incoming calls and visitors to London office.
  • Manage all matters for Directors in respect of Board meetings, one to one meetings and on-site visits between Directors and senior executives of the Group.

  • Managing the diaries of the all three Directors, fielding requests for, and booking/co-ordinating meetings as appropriate
  • Responsible for all travel arrangements ensuring that flights, cars, parking and hotels are booked as required. Liaising with GM's/Divisional Directors on trips and setting up itineraries as required
  • Provide full briefing to all Directors of diary commitments, ensuring that details of the venue, directions, attendees and any other relevant information is organised and communicated as necessary. Ensuring all global meetings/travel arrangements are in the correct time-zone
  • Monitor expenses of senior executives
  • Select venues for meetings that minimise costs for the Group and ensure that we get good value for money from catering and other associated expenses.

  • Responsible for screening calls, correspondence and emails and deciding what matters need to be brought to the attention of the Director.

Profile

*** MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF HAVING SUPPORTED AT BOARD LEVEL ***

  • Requires a minimum of 5 years' experience as a senior PA to Board level Executives in a number of large scale businesses.
  • Provides a wealth of knowledge on how to maintain the highest standards required with a high degree of accuracy
  • Extensive experience in dealing with senior Executives, shareholders and key external partners.
  • Requires the highest level of confidentiality.
  • The ability to push back

  • Outgoing personality
