We are looking for an experienced EA / Office manager to join the start -up, Real Estate Investment arm, of an establish overseas Investment company.  This is a fantastic opportunity to assist with the set-up of this London office and develop with the department as they become more successful and take on additional clients.  Along with typical Office Management duties such as dealing with suppliers, assisting with HR, meeting visitors and clients and finishing touches within the office, you will also be the EA to the small team.  Typical EA duties will include; extensive diary management, booking travel arrangements including flights, accommodation and visas, liaising with clients on behalf of the team, compiling presentations and conducting research, and personal EA duties as required.  This is a wonderful position for an EA with boutique Financial Services experience to work within a hugely successful environment, where they can truly make the role their own.  The team are very friendly and they have a collaborative approach, they are looking for an EA who can truly be part of their team and they encourage the whole office to join in celebrating their successes.  Knowledge of a European language is advantageous, as is prior experience of working within a Global office.
