I have a brilliant opportunity for a French-speaking EA to join a leading Private Equity firm in Mayfair.

As EA, you will be supporting 1 Managing Partner and 3 Partners with full diary management, global travel, expenses, projects, managing events, international meetings, client liaison, and VCs.

They have a brilliant team of EAs that work very closely , and socialise together! This brings a really lovely, buzzy atmosphere to the office!

To apply for this role, you will speak FLUENT FRENCH.
You will also need to be strong, motivated and have the ability to work calmly under pressure. EA experience in finance sector is preferred as you will working in a busy and sometimes challenging environment.

Duties Include;

Extensive diary management
Travel planning & booking
Expenses & other secretarial functions
Occasional reception cover
Assistance with general firm matters such as office administration, holiday support & team events.
