A high profile opportunity has come through from a leading Investment Bank based in stunning offices in the City of London for an EA to a Senior MD within their M&A division. This is a demanding and busy role split between typical EA duties and also client liaison. This team manage multi-million dollar deals with some high profile and prestigious clients, so professionalism is key. Your duties will include:

• full diary management
• arranging complex travel arrangements
• meeting management
• processing expenses
• preparing presentations, and client reports
• full gatekeeper role - calls, emails
• networking across the bank to establish connections
• client liaison, assist with event logistics, meeting itineraries
• oversee projects
• on boarding new starters
• recruitment of an admin assistant to support this role

This role requires a senior level EA who has previously worked within banking, ideally for a deal team ideally M&A. You must have previous client liaison experience and have supported at MD level. You must however be flexible to provide ad hoc support to the wider team as the team is growing and at development stages. This is a very prestigious role within the bank that requires a polished, articulate and professional EA who is comfortable in a client facing role.
