Office Manager- super buzzy creative consultancy. High St Kensington 

We are currently looking for a bright, super personable and proactive Office Manager to join one of our favourite clients, a leading, highly innovative and creative Consultancy, based in fabulous offices in West London.

With approx. 100 staff, this is a hugely vibrant and buzzy office with a real agency feel. They are hugely innovative in the way they work and follow this with their unique working culture which is smart casual dress, cocktail Fridays, massages in the office and team fitness activities!

They pride themselves on having a super slick and efficiently run office and so are looking for a top Office Manager to come on board and own this role and the day to day efficient running. You will cover Receptionist and be based here but by no means will you be isolated and unable to leave the area. You will have a huge amount of interaction with the whole company to Executive level and be a part of a great, close knit team.

The role will be responsible for everything Office Management based, as well as, organising company events, project work (office refurbishments, contract renewal) and working closely with the PAs to support them when required.

The role requires a super proactive, confident and positive individual who is a fantastic problem solver and thrives in “go to” person role. Experience within Office Management is essential with good Microsoft skills.
