Investment Team Assistant - Private Investment Firm - Mayfair

We are looking for a bright Team assistant for a world leading Investment Company based in the heart of Mayfair. This sensational role based in beautiful Mayfair offices is paying £32 - 36,000 depending on experience with fantastic benefits & bonus.

This is the perfect role for a highly organised assistant who has the ability to multi task and meet tight deadlines. You will be supporting the Deputy Head of Investments and the investment Strategy & Research team with administration such as; managing expenses, saving external publications, research and internal meeting packs.

Other duties include;

Diary management for Partners, Directors and Analysts
Organising domestic and international meetings, preparing binding material & booking rooms.
Arranging couriers & taxi bookings
Screening telephone calls
Creating & editing PowerPoint presentations & Word documents to high standards
Minute taking
Other adhoc duties
In order to be successful for this role you must have a high level of 'can do' attitude / customer service values and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

You will also have experience as a team assistant previously, ideally within a finance company!
