We have a fantastic new HR Administrator role on working for an investment firm. They are looking for a degree educated HR Administrator to jump on board. As the HR Administrator you will be working closely with the HR Manager with all HR administration, coordination and organisation. 

Duties include:  

  • New Starters and Leavers: Updating relevant systems, liaise with line managers on new joiner reviews, drafting probation period letters, liaising with external parties re employee benefits 
  • Recruitment: liaise with external parties to organise interviews, coordinate diaries, manage recruitment inbox, produce draft offer letters, organise pre-employment screening checks 
  • HR Documentation
  • Support with performance management progress
  • Maintain and update all employee related data 
  • Assist with ad hoc company events 
  • Diary Management for HR Director / Team 
  • Assisting with charity related events 
  • General administrative tasks for the wider HR team 

We are looking for degree educated and / or part CIPD qualified candidates with relevant HR experience. Additionally, you will be professional, discreet, a team player with excellent communication skills. 

This is a brilliant role and an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a HR role. Ideally 1-2+ years experience.
