Fantastic opportunity to work in an HR 360 admin role for one of the UK’s top private equity firms based near London Bridge. Our client is recruiting for an HR administrator to come on board and be part of a very close knit team. You will be reporting to the HR manager but also dealing with the HR director on a day to day basis. This role is a great opportunity to work within a highly reputable organisation that is incredibly corporate and has high standards. Our client is looking for a proactive, astute candidate that has strong administration skills and initiative to take on projects. You will be involved in and responsible for all the HR administration for the company and team. Duties will also be involved in recruitment processes, setting up new starters and leavers. Training, HR documentation, appraisal reviews and Corporate Social Responsibility projects. Our client insists on strong educational background degree level and a minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience working in a corporate environment.
