Private PA

A truly one-off opportunity for a very experienced, intelligent and confident Private PA to support an international, HNW family.  You will be booking extensive and complex travel (private jets and yachts), planning holidays (travel to check out locations), booking restaurants, organising memorable and extraordinary private parties.  You will need to be supremely organised with forensic  attention to detail, numerate and always three steps ahead with a back-up plan ready to go if necessary.  We are looking for someone with a very established little black book of London contacts – a real door opener – the sort of person who never takes ‘no’ for an answer and can get a last minute table at the best London restaurants.  Your negotiation skills need to be well practised and your ability to get upgrades and discounts is key!  The family spends 5 months a year in London so the hours will vary – it’s not 24/7 - but you will need to be on hand to sort out any problems along the way.  Fluent/bi-lingual French is essential.  Must live central London.
