A really amazing opportunity has just arisen with a global cosmetics and beauty brand. They are looking for a fantastic Office Coordinator to support with the day to day smooth running of the office. The company offers a varied role full-time within an amazing team with enthusiastic colleagues at their Head Office. The company offers you an ambitious and pleasant international working environment.
The role requires a well organised, competent and professional coordinator who is comfortable in dealing with people and various administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have gained some office experience and have good administration skills as well as experience of working in an office environment. Great communication skills are essential, as is planning and organising and the ability to work with PowerPoint and MS Excel.
Duties will include:
- Dealing with the office administration and office equipment (IT), you will be responsible for the maintenance of the office and retail stores
- You will manage all external suppliers ensuring the company is getting value for money and propose solutions to streamline operational costs
- You will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring that all invoices and expenses are approved and paid on time. You will replenish office supplies such as stationary, bathroom and kitchen supplies.
- You will assist in arranging company events such as product launches and management meetings as well as organising UK and overseas travel following the global travel policy
- You will be responsible for managing the company Social Club.
- You will be responsible for answering the office phone and directing call’s to the relevant departments and ensuring messages are passed on when employee’s are not able to take the call
- Support the Retail and B2B teams with admin tasks.
- You will manage the meeting room diaries and meet and greet of company visitors, showing them to the meeting rooms and arranging drinks.
- Support the Managing Director with market research projects, preparing presentations and any other ad-hoc requests.
