Leading Management Consultancy based in Central London is looking for a super enthusiastic Team Assistant to support a large team.
Looking for someone confident with secretarial and communication skills.
Looking for a team assistant with experience supporting a team and handling stressful/difficult situations. Somebody who is proactive and able to work things out for themselves.
Must have 2 years minimum Team Assistant experience within a corporate environment. Must also be able to start immediately. No notice period longer than 1-2 weeks will be considered.
Must be able to hit the ground running with minimal training. Looking for someone who is confident, proactive, comfortable dealing with and supporting senior people, able to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks, and have strong team working skills.
Team Assistant duties will include:
- Extensive team diary management
- Organising domestic and international travel arrangements
- Booking taxis and couriers
- Production of presentations and responsible for ensuring managers have all the relevant documents for their meetings
- Organising team events and dinners
- Expense management
Essential skills and experience:
- Experience of working within a team environment
- Experience of working under pressure in a busy, corporate environment
- Secretarial experience
