Quality Data Coordinator, £30k, Central London

A new role has come up with a reputable organisation based in Central London as a Quality Data Coordinator. Working with on of the Royal Colleges in London, this is a chance to join the College at a key moment in it's development. Who will you be working for?

Based in Central London, you will be working with one of the most respected and recognised Royal Colleges in London. The company is steeped in history with its beginnings dating back to the 17th Century. As one of the Royal Colleges in London, their focus is on training, research, quality and advice for its vast member base in the health sector. They are an academic institution with a passion for increasing the standards of healthcare provision in the U.K.

 

What does the role consist of?

You will deliver advice and guidance on quality management of training policy and procedural issues. You will be responsible for analysing, interpreting and reporting on data relating to the speciality's training programme and continuing professional development, and so the role requires a high degree of confidentiality.

 

  • Conducting in-depth analysis on information resulting from the surveys
  • Creating briefing packs for regional representatives and providing information and analysis on pertinent quality metrics
  • Presenting findings and analysis to trainers and trainee groups at national and local meetings, as well as College committees
  • Responding to queries regarding training quality data
  • Liaising with the Life-Long Learning Product Owners regarding the management and reporting of associated data
  • Identifying and coordinating external advisers for quality management procedures, summarising the results and providing allied Committees and the College Council with a summary report
  • Providing user support for the College's Life-Long Learning systems
  • Providing secretarial support to allied Committees and Chairpersons

 

The successful candidate will have

  • Data analysis experience; ideally within the education sector and/or medical education sector
  • Ability to understand, interpret and simplify complex data from a variety of sources in a clear and consistent manner
  • Strong organisational and communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Ability to use own initiative, solve problems and suggest conclusions/improvements
  • Proficient experience in all Microsoft packages, especially Excel
  • Previous experience of working in a membership organisation (desirable)
