Clinic Manager

A Luxury Spa with a focus on UHNW Clients and based in the Heart of London are looking for a proven Clinic Manager with Luxury Markets experience to come in and work across their London sites.

With a focus on exemplary customer service, this role will see you managing the flagship clinic and all staff accordingly, encouraging a positive and exclusive environment. You will be responsible for all business planning and target setting whilst growing the business both in the UK and internationally. You will manage costs and budget as well as tracking all compliance and membership to professional bodies.

The ideal candidate will have a background in a similar role with proven experience in luxury markets being essential. You will be polished, confident and articulate with a ‘can-do’ attitude. You will be flexible, driven and have a keen interest in health and wellness as demonstrated by your prior work experience. Ideally you will have managed teams previously.
