A global corporation is looking for a French speaking Team Assistant to join a dynamic team of French speaking team secretaries who work on the companies' busy trading floor where you will provide extensive secretarial and administrative support in English and French to traders, managers and directors in the London office.
Your responsibilities will include (but not restricted to) managing busy inboxes and multiple dairies, answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments and meetings, organising training, coordinating travel and accommodation requests, processing expenses, liaising with external offices in English and French, preparing presentations, booking meeting rooms and couriers ,providing ad-hoc cover for trading floor secretaries and reception when required .
This is a great opportunity for a French speaking Team Assistant with excellent organisation and multitasking skills looking to join a corporate, fast-paced environment in which you will rapidly become a valuable member of the trading floor!
Profile
- First class written and verbal communications skills in French AND English
- A proven background of working as a Team Assistant/Team Secretary/Bilingual Secretary/PA /Personal Assistant
- Demonstrable experience of working in a fast paced, FSTE 100/ blue-chip/ international environment working environment essential
- Experience of working on a busy trading floor managing busy inboxes and multiple dairies, answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments and meetings, organising training, coordinating travel and accommodation requests or processing expenses would be desirable
- Highly organised and able to manage your own workload as needed whilst juggling multiple tasks simultaneously within a short time frames.
- Impeccable interpersonal skills, adaptable, approachable, committed, flexible, diligent, discreet
- Excellent numerical and IT skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
