An exciting and incredible opportunity has arisen for a PA to join a major international media and entertainment company. Working for a senior Exec your role will be pivotal; assisting and working very hard to ensure your Exec has the best support he needs. As such we need someone who is proactive, motivated and ready to take on a role in a dynamic and fast moving organisation. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced PA with who has an interest in the media and entertainment industry to gain broad exposure to the business. 

As PA, you will provide direct day to day administration and support for the MD and support to the exec team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Proactive calendar management, including coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Arranging all travel including detailed itineraries and document preparation
  • First point of contact on all external matters
  • Receive and attend to visitors coming to meet the MD and ensure to be available prior to any meeting or visit to ensure all logistic and documents are prepare if required
  • Preparation and processing of expense reports
  • Providing administrative support on various projects including preparing PowerPoint and other presentation materials
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients, including EAs across the business and key stakeholders.
  • Manage and update contact databases, filing and any other systems as required
  • Word-processing documents, including letters, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
  • Other adhoc duties as and when required

Skills:

  • Solid demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Experience working in a corporate media or broadcasting environment with senior executives 
  • Skilled in managing international travel and scheduling diaries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Highly skilled user of Microsoft office, especially PowerPoint
  • Good project management and organisation skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information in a discreet manner
