We are looking for an organised and confident Admin Assistant to join a small family owned Interior Design Company in South West London! This role involves more than just general administrative duties, with the successful candidate being a vital link when liaising with both suppliers and clients. You will have the opportunity to get involved in projects- working closely with the Managing Director and communicating with offices in Hong Kong.

We are looking for someone who has a great attitude, strong communication skills, as well as having a keen eye for detail!

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Putting together quotations for tenders
  • Chasing and working with suppliers, as well as having direct communication with the client
  • Work closely with Managing Director 
  • Provide admin support for residential projects from start to finish
  • Produce operation and maintenance manuals in Excel
  • Produce delivery schedules for the delivery and fitting team 
  • Liaise with sub-contractors
  • Liaise with Admin team and UK suppliers directly for cost prices and delivery on items ordered
  • Liaise with Hong Kong office for supplier images/cost prices/shipping details
  • Update CRM package
  • Admin support and liaising with the Warehouse Manager in regard to showroom displays

What we are looking for:

  • Intermediate Excel and Word skills
  • Preferably knowledge of Xero Accounting, Sage 50, Insightly CRM, Google Docs (not essential as training will be provided)
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to perform under pressure and in a fast-paced work environment
