We are looking for a highly organised, presentable and dedicated Receptionist / Office Junior to join our dynamic team based in the West End.  The ideal candidate for this role will have experience dealing with clients and customers, have an excellent telephone manner, be meticulous and task-orientated. They should also have massive energy, work proactively, and above all else be extremely house-proud striving for excellence in all they do.

This role is perfect for someone who is self-motivated and is looking to take their first or next step on the career ladder at a fast-paced, ambitious, and fun company.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering/directing calls, taking and passing on detailed messages
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Preparing and setting up meetings, ensuring rooms are clean and tidy with the correct equipment, preparing tea and coffee etc.
  • Perform hourly office walk-arounds
  • Purchasing office supplies as necessary
  • Daily office checks
  • Distributing postal correspondence
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Other essential skills include:

  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work overtime
  • Can-do and proactive attitude
