This is an excellent opportunity within HR of this professional City based corporate firm.
You will work closely with the Resourcing Manager and the HR Operations team to provide strong administrative support and deliver a first class recruitment and on boarding service to the business and new hires.
Ideally we are looking for someone who can start immediately (temp to perm) but will also consider someone on 4 weeks notice
Key duties:
- Provide administrative support to ensure a smooth end to end recruitment process.
- Ensure pre-approval process is adhered to for every hire by raising new hire requisitions in Workday, tracking and chasing approval where necessary.
- Manage all recruitment administration to include tracking of vacancies, candidates and recruitment spend etc. through the recruitment process.
- Capture and track recruitment activity, including time to hire, recruitment costs, source of hire etc.
- Co-ordinate the interview process, including scheduling and meeting room bookings.
- Log all CVs including speculative CVs.
- Assist with sourcing and pre-screening of direct applications received via the Company’s career website, LinkedIn and other Job Boards and forward to the Resourcing Manager for review.
- Liaise and work closely with the HR Operations team to ensure a seamless recruitment service including the pre-approval process and on boarding of new hires.
- Raise POs for recruitment related and general HR invoices and check and process them in a timely manner.
- Post job adverts and ensure the intranet and careers website are kept up to date with open vacancies.
- Provide support for Early Career Talent (ECT) in the sourcing and selection process.
- General administrative housekeeping duties, in addition to scanning and printing where needed to support the Resourcing Manager and the HR Operations team.
- Work alongside the HR Operations team to support the smooth running of the team, including but not limited to preparing new starter packs, preparing various types of references and managing the employee filing system.
Skills and Experience:
- Solid recruitment administration skills
- Experience of working within a busy and fast paced recruitment and/or HR environment
- Strong PC skills across Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
