We're pleased to be recruiting for a German & English Speaking Customer Service Manager for a West London Media Agency. The role requires an experienced Customer Service Team Leader who can really hit the ground running. The role sits within the Digital team, on one of the largest accounts within the agency.
The Customer Service Manager will be an integral role within the customer experience team across Europe with a focus on German markets. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the digital transformation taking place at the agency and help shape the team and strategy moving forward.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for driving excellent Customer Service
- Ensure SLAs and targets are achieved on all KPIs
- Responsible for coaching, training and ongoing development of the team
- Report on quality and key performance targets
- Feedback and act on customers complaints
- Ensure effective and efficient communication between all teams
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills in both English + German. Any other European language would be beneficial.
- Experience managing external partners
- Comfortable working with high volumes in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Experience handling and escalating complaints efficiently and in a timely fashion
- Experience with emails, inbound and outbound calls, chat and Social Media
- Small project management
- Experience leading international teams
- Strong communication skills
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems
- Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint
