A prestigious International Law Firm is looking to hire a new Marketing & Events Administrator, to support both the Brand, Marketing & Sales Manager as well as the Events Executive and wider team.  Responsibilities will include Invoice processing, recording and budget tracking, expense processing, client meeting preparation, edge client pages admin, client audit admin,  diary and meeting management, including team meeting administration, travel management, external supplier liaison,  running data reports on PR coverage, loading and managing content for intranet news feed, keeping BMS pages on intranet up to date, administering our online database of standard-form marketing content, administrative support for our awards/sponsorship activities, internal new-joiner photo process, internal video process, promotional goods process, overflow events administration where required, back-up support for website administration, keeping the team's Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery information up to date.  Applicants must be degree educated and have an interest in working within Marketing.  Excellent attention to detail is a must, as is the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
