An incredibly successful Luxury Online Fashion Brand based is in West London is searching for a PA to support the President within one of the top brands in the business. This is a really impressive company to work for who prides themselves on its focus, dynamic people and positive work ethic.

We are looking for a self-starter, mature minded Personal Assistant for this position - someone who will go in, hit the ground running, and use their excellent secretarial skills to the best of their ability. This is working within one of the most established fashion retailers in the business, so you will need to be proactive, hardworking and keen to impress!

Duties will include:
* Accurate booking of travel arrangements according to policy
* Providing high quality diary management to support the effectiveness of the team
* Typing and producing reports and presentations
* Extensive Client interaction
* Coordinating project forums and arranging internal and external meetings; including travel, venue, refreshments and overnight accommodation if required
* Making sure incoming calls/emails are recorded accurately and passed to appropriate departments for response.
* Keeping reliable filing and recording systems while dealing with invoices and expenses
* Completing meeting agendas, minutes and follow up of actions
* Performing ad-hoc project work and taking on other responsibilities when required

The ideal candidate will enjoy an ever changing demanding role with strong organisational and time management skills. High attention to detail is essential for this role while remaining calm under pressure. Must have a strong understanding of the fashion industry and previous luxury goods experience is required.
