We are working with a global brand who are a pioneering leader for Digital Media and Communications. They are recruiting a PA to support the Legal Director and the wider team. This is a demanding high profile position which essentially supports the team with all areas of legal support, technichal and innovation. The business is globally renowned, their corporate Head Office in Hammersmith is a hive of activity, and it's a hard working but fun environment with a lot of rewards. Ideally you will have a background in media or telecoms or technology or digital.

Role Purpose

Represents individual executive as their first point of contact for both internal and external customers, managing highly confidential information; acts as a gatekeeper as and when appropriate


* Works closely with other Executive PAs and Executives; submits board papers to strict deadlines
* Manages diary arrangements including both internal and external meetings covering all associated travel and accommodation arrangements and paperwork; ensures the individual is fully prepared for his / her schedule
* Manages e-mail, telephone queries and correspondence efficiently; prepares draft responses and deals with issues wherever appropriate
* Takes accurate minute / action points; updates these and collates, consolidates and distributes to all attendees ensuring deadlines are met
* Produces memos, standard and ad hoc reports, letters, presentations to deadline and agreed standards
* Liaises with external customers including non-executive board to relay information and arrange meetings
* Ensures adherence to corporate governance and promotes consistency and best practice
* Acts as a mentor for PAs; may have some line management responsibility

Key Accountabilities

Significant previous experience of supporting at PA level


* Good standard of education to A-level standard with accurate typing and minute taking skills
* Experience of MS Office Packages including e-mail systems
* Excellent organisational, prioritisation and decision making skills
* Ability to show tact, diplomacy and understanding and work with extremely confidential material
* Travels between offices as required
