HR Co-ordinator up to £27,500 plus benefits. North London.

Who will you be working for?

Our client, a craft beer specialist based in North London is looking for an HR Administrator Co-ordinator. A newly created role this will offer you the opportunity to work alongside a great HR Manager and to get fully immersed in all matters relating to human resources.

What will you be doing?

  • Carrying out the administration side of all HR aspects.
  •  
  • A lot of emphasis will be on the recruitment and resourcing side so previous experience is essential.
  • Organising interviews and processing all the necessary actions relating to these.
  • Making sure everything is covered for on-boarding and induction of new staff.
  • Producing regular analysis reports on Excel.
  • Taking own areas of responsibility in key HR areas.

What will you need?

  • This is a new role so a resourceful and approachable working style is needed.
  •  
  • If you are looking to make the move into HR from recruitment or resourcing this will provide a great opportunity to do so.
  •  
  • Previous experience within the hospitality or creative sector is preferred.
  •  
  • Experience of resourcing and recruitment processes is essential.
  • HR administration experience of one year plus.
  •  
  • Excel and Outlook proficiency.
  • Superb communication skills and the ability to build influential colleague relationships.
