Page personnel are currently working with a UK award winning company for multiple Team Leaders to be based in Bristol.
Client Details
The role of a Team Leader for out award winning client will be on a permanent basis.
Description
Duties of the Team Leader will include, but will not be limited to:
- Beginning your day with evaluating the prior day/week/monthly performances in accordance with project deliveries
- Execute daily tasks on the end goal of the project, delivering support, feedback and mentoring to the team
- Hold 1-2-1's and meetings with the wider team in order to reach the project goals and performance throughout the shift
- Look at all reports supplied and prioritise your actions according to the impact caused in employees and customer satisfactions
- Deliver the Team Leader Daily Checklist at the end of each shift
- Submit all reports and packages
- Time spent coaching, developing and supporting employees will be around 80%. You can use all relevant tools and systems available
- Motivate team members to perform at a high level by positively informing KIP's
- Create a high performing and engaged culture, ensuring the team members consistently display the right attitudes, behaviours and capabilities
- Learn the knowledge to become an expert in your field
- Any other ad-hoc duties

Profile
The ideal candidate for the Team Leader position will possess:
- Being commercially aware, hands on, a proactive nature and engaging
- A solid background of being able to drive performance and motivate others
- Experience of operating in an extremely fast paced environment
- Be highly organised and able to prioritise your day/week/monthly performances in accordance wit project deliveries
- An analytic thinker and problem solver
- Ability to plan ahead
- Participate in roll out and engagement activities
- Computer literate, particularly in MS Office
- Ideally, experience within a similar role

HOURS OF WORK: This specific campaign will operate Monday - Saturday 7am - 8pm
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
