PA to CEO

An exciting and expanding, bespoke furniture retailer is seeking a PA/EA to the CEO. The London office is based in Chelsea, with showrooms all over the UK, Amsterdam and a factory in Poland. This is a great opportunity for an experienced candidate to move into a fast pace and growing retailer.
They are seeking a dynamic, competent, forward thinking and multi-tasking PA, who is confident to take on a variety of tasks and manage a CEO that is travelling a lot and occasionally supporting the other 6 senior managers within the company. You will need to think ahead and anticipate the needs of the CEO and the projects that may need to be done. You will need to be flexible, as no day is the same and when needs permit, be able to travel.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Day to day office duties, including keeping up with office supply inventory
Extensive diary management
Meeting arrangements and minute taking
Expenses
Travel planning
Prepare necessary agendas
Event organisation
HR support when needed
Must be competent at creating presentations at a high calibre
- Board pack
- Bank presentations
- Internal presentations
- Senior team presentations
Supporting the CEO in project management, research and internal/external reports
Be the point of contact between the CEO and the senior team/employees and clients
Essential and desirable experience and skills:
Advanced MS office skills and Adobe Acrobat
Professional, discrete and approachable
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail when under pressure
Organised and pro-active nature
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritise, problem solve and think on your feet
Confidence in the decisions you make
Strong judgement and understanding of what is best for the company as well as the employees
High attention to detail and accuracy
It is vital the candidate can multitask under pressure
This is a fantastic role supporting a really lovely, transparent and supportive CEO. You will have high energy levels, fantastic people skills and willing to support who ever needs it at the time, honesty and humour is key in this role! You will be the right hand to the CEO and to make sure he is able to run the company smoothly.
