My client is looking for an Office Manager and as you would expect from a growing dynamic company your tasks will be varied and extensive. To thrive in this role, you'll need to love variety, work independently, communicate well and be super organised, even when you're working from home! We are looking for a motivated individual with a proven track record in office administration. You may have experience from a different field than small business or technology but will be have a proven ability to work under pressure and prioritise. The right candidate will play an integral part in the future expansion of our company.

They need an office manager with skills, experience and savvy to be the back bone of day-to-day operations. 

Is this you?

You will have good business and finance administration knowledge, some recruiting and sales support experience (not a deal breaker) experience managing the calendar of a busy office, a high degree of accuracy and communication is essential.  Some of you key responsibilities will include       

  • Set up systems and procedures as required
  • Manage procurement of all office supplies of stationery, supplies, equipment and furniture
  • Interview scheduling
  • Website management and brand development via Social Networks
  • Invoice clients and manage accounts payable
  • Personal administration duties for Managing director
