We have an ongoing role for a fluent to bilingual level French speaking office assistant and Receptionist

Our client is a well known International Investment company with a small team based in the heart of The City of London.  This is an all rounded role which would suit Office Administrators and Receptionists who enjoy variety and autonomy.

This is an ideal role in which to further develop your Office and PA skills. Reporting to an Office Manager, you will assist with the day to day smooth running of the office by helping reconcile expenses and invoices, booking meeting rooms and providing administrative support to international guests and some PA support to a Director.

This is an ongoing temporary role which has the potential to become permanent and is due to start at the beginning of October. Interested candidates will need to speak fluent French and English and have previous office experience.
