Salary : £20-25,000 plus £500 commission for each candidate placement.


I have just picked up a fabulous new role working within a Legal Recruitment Agency based in Holborn, Central London (They were one of the first in the country and very well known in the legal field!).

The role would be working as a Researcher within their in-house recruitment team, alongside their consultants.


Duties within the role would involve:

Acting as a floating resource to assist the consultants in the in-house team source candidates (across financial services and commerce & industry).

Approaching suitable profiles of lawyers in respect of specific roles as well as other more general candidates for future roles.

Mapping the legal market in respect of certain sectors, skills, organisations.

Producing reports on searches addressed to clients.

Produce prep packs for consultants prior to client and business development meetings.

Developing knowledge of the market and building a network to source suitable candidates.


For this role, they are looking for a graduate in law, who is looking to learn more about their field. This would be a brilliant way of networking with different firms in order to progress with your legal career.

Salary : £20-25,000 plus £500 commission for each candidate placement.
