Back Office Administrator Permanent £18,900+ Per Annum

Your new company
A successful and well established organisation based in Witham are looking to recruit several new permanent Back office Administrators due to company expansion.

Your new role
You will be responsible for making sure customer requests are met in full. You will need to have an awareness of the risks associated within the Financial Services Industry and be confident with liaising with customers. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating the database for customers.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to have previous experience within customer services, a help-desk environment or the finance industry. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a high level of accuracy and good attention to detail. You will need to be flexible and able to adapt well to different situations. Experience of working in a Pensions or Platform environment is desirable.
