Receptionist

We’re seeking a polished, dedicated and polite Receptionist to join a leading comms company in Central London. Working very closely with 2 colleagues on reception, this is a key role and you will be the face and voice of the company; meeting and greeting VIP and often influential guests, managing the office and liaising with people around the building, organising the meeting rooms and calendar, dealing with queries and press etc. Due to the professional image this company prides itself on, 2+ years’ experience in customer service role or as a Receptionist would be hugely beneficial to hit the ground running, as well as a friendly and proactive attitude. The team have a great support network and have built a strong bond, so this Receptionist would be joining a happy and positive work environment with great benefits and a strong team ethos.
