What you will be doing day to day...
 
This is a one-year Fixed Term Contract, with the potential for it to extend, the duties will include but are not limited to;

• Supporting the Head of Talent and Head of HR as the sole support
• Diary management and co-ordinating interviews
• Liaising with recruitment agencies and hiring managers in the firm
• Helping to organise events such as the staff Christmas party and other firm initiatives
• Administration around recruitment
• Opportunity to get involved with interview process
• Other HR generalist duties

 
The successful HR Assistant will be...

• Exposed to HR or recruitment-related duties previously
• Ambitious and looking for a challenging role
• Pro-active and will want to take on more tasks
• Analytical in their approach to tasks
• Strong organisational skills
• Positive and friendly nature
• Team orientated
• Calm and able to manage multiple projects with minimal fuss
