Customer Service Advisor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor in our well-established contact centre.
The role offers a range of support duties relating to our products and the services we support for our clients – these could be via inbound or outbound calls, email and web-chat.
You will be the customer’s first point of contact and will be expected to:
•    Provide first-line telephone, chat and email support to small business customers within a busy contact-centre environment on a number of cloud based services
•    Identifying customer needs, correctly matching products and services to assist them and communicating the benefits to customers
•    Maintain details of all inbound and outbound calls on our CRM applications, including notes detailed enough for subsequent users to track all communication
•    Build and maintain relationships with customers/users and bankers. These will include key partners and internal department team members
•    Work with high and low volume customers/users to maintain/boost product and service usage and engagement
•    Conduct customer/user interviews and surveys to understand potential problems and to see opportunities where we might help.
•    Work with customers/users to collect and publish feedback and testimonies about our products and services
•    Gather feedback from both registered and inactive customers/users to identify future opportunities to increase usage and customer value.

REQUIREMENTS
Skills / Experience:
•    A minimum of 1 years’ service experience in a call centre environment is desirable
•    Productivity and target focused, having successfully achieved service and sales targets
•    An excellent communicator, with strong organisational and team-working skills
•    Passionate about providing amazing customer service
•    Excellent spoken and written
