A fantastic opportunity for a Team Assistant to join a busy creative team has just arisen! This amazing creative company is looking for someone with at least 2 years’ experience in an agency in a support capacity.
On a day to day basis you will be handling diary management, PPT presentations, travel (Flights, hotels, trains and taxis), booking meetings, ordering internal lunches, booking couriers, stationery orders, possible research and project work, expenses and much more. You will be kept busy with ad hoc administration and assisting with events as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have previous Junior PA/TA experience ideally within a media/creative company. Good communication skills and confidence in dealing with enquiries over the telephone and face to face. You will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your own time. You will be very accurate, have great attention to detail and excellent MS Office skills. You will need to be articulate, well presented, conscientious, and have a keen eye for detail. You will be able to multi-task and have a genuinely helpful manner. You will be proactive and enthusiastic and be fun to be around and be happy to undertake all types of work.
