We are looking for an eager Team Assistant / Office Administrator who has a desire to learn and a passion for creativity, design, writing and organising! The successful candidate should be mission-focused, strategic and process-minded. They will be joining an entrepreneurial team in Central London that focus on helping start up businesses.

The successful individual will have a broad range of skills, enabling them to support both the CEO,  Director of Operations, and Startup Managers, whilst also fulfilling their own day-to-day responsibilities.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Reporting to the Director of Operations, Founder, CEO and Startup Managers
  • Prepare monthly Board papers and summarise minutes from meetings
  • Social Media and Marketing
  • Upload content onto the website, using WordPress
  • HR and Finance support
  • Manage and maintain the internal bookkeeping system
  • Manage scheduling of all team members’ calendars. Supporting team members with logistics and setup for meetings.
  • Answering phones and greeting visitors at reception. Being the face of the company

What we are looking for:

  • Previous examples of roles requiring execution of multiple tasks and prioritisation
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with both junior and senior people from diverse backgrounds
  • Outstanding communication and personal skills
  • Spark, imagination and creativity
  • Interest in the creative industries, specifically in the retail and retail and lifestyle sectors
  • Ability to work under pressure
