Maternity Contract - EA for leading investment fund, near Convent Garden

Exciting opportunity for an experience PA/EA with finance experience to join a leading investment fund manager based near Covent Garden on a fixed term contract.

Our client is an established and growing investment fund manager based near Covent Garden and they are looking for an experienced EA to join them to cover maternity for 9 - 12 months.

The EA role involves supporting the investment fund’s friendly, close knit and (relatively) young senior management team. This includes the Chief Investment Officer and four other Managing Directors.  The team has a diverse set of personalities and hence it requires someone who can adapt their style and prioritise according.

The role covers the broad spectrum of EA support including complex global travel arrangements, expenses, diary/inbox management, supporting event and corporate hospitality organisation, holiday/absence arrangements and ad hoc projects.  There is also the opportunity, if desired, to become involved in the investment fund’s charity initiatives.

They are looking for an experienced EA who wants to find a role for the long term with the following attributes:

- Experience of working as a EA within finance, gained at an investment bank, PE fund, hedge fund or another investment manager or asset manager
- A proven track record of acting as a EA for senior executives (ideally covering more than one person
- Strong interpersonal skills with the right balance of seriousness and fun
- Excellent organisation skill
- A self starter who can operate well under pressure when required
