Our client, the global leader Ieader in innovative space planning solutions and concept driven office furniture, is seeking a part-time Receptionist/Client Experience Representative to act as the first point of contact for clients, to start ASAP.

Do you have an out-going and friendly personality? Do you possess exceptional communication, interpersonal and time management skills, and a self-starter? 

This is a permanent position working 20 hours per week over 3 days: Tuesday 8.30am-5.30pm, Wednesday 11.00am-3.00pm and Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm, you will be based in their stunning office a few minutes' walk from Farringdon.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • As first point of contact, ensures a positive customer experience and developing sales opportunities
  • Booking conference and office space reservations, catering requests and AV/technology set up and resources
  • Liaising with the sales team to make the Showroom an effective sales tool
  • Responsible for providing some regional day to day sales administrative support

This role has a small achievable sales target from walk-in customers and phone enquiries, in return you will receive a competitive salary with a bonus scheme and fantastic benefits.

Ideally, you would need to have some Showroom/ Sales Support experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
