20 month rolling contract paying £17ph

My client is one of the world’s leading International Investment Banks, based in Canary Wharf they are looking for a Team Assistant to join the Sales and Trading floor. This is a great step up for someone wanting to secure a role in the banking sector who may around 1+ years secretarial experience already, gained from either Banking, Property, Executive Search, or similar blue-chip corporate environment. Your duties will include:

• full diary management
• extensive meeting co-ordination
• arranging international travel
• processing expenses
• phone coverage
• updating reports and client database

  If you have gained a secretarial diploma for example Quest or Oxford Media, I really want to hear from you. You will have strong communication skills, be articulate and professional, and be keen to learn.
