PA / Office Manager £18-20ph - Marble Arch, London
We are on the look-out for an outstanding Personal Assistant/Manager to work on a temporary basis starting on 27 September.
Our client is one of the largest privately owned international investment groups, with their principal activity being commercial real estate.
Set a short walk away from both Marble Arch and Bond Street stations, the office is set in a fantastic central London location. Less than 2 minutes from Oxford Street and Mayfair- you'll never be short to find a great place to enjoy your lunch hour!
Key duties/responsibilities;
- Over seeing the office management
- Acting as PA to the Company Secretary & Finance Director
- Arranging meetings/conference calls
- Financial record keeping
- Liasing with IT, recruitment and telephone consultants
- Record keeping for HR functions
- Preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Making travel arrangements
- Maintaining files/databases
- Liasing with building management and maintenance
- Preparation of letters, memos, spreadsheets etc.
What will the successful candidate be like?
- Experience in a similar Office Manager/ PA role
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organised
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise
