Bilingual Private PA (French/English)

This is a brilliant role for a versatile accomplished professional private PA to support an individual in the creative and fashion sector.  The role spans both business and private matters, working in central London you will need to be happy to jump on a jet and work non-standard hours. You will be attending meetings – internal and external and need to pre-empt to finalise extensive requirements and fine tuning. The household and business have only a very feint grey line between them so you need to be the ultimate EA; discreet and peaceful, assertive where necessary and an excellent communicator.

Responsibilities

• Complete control of diary and inbox – both personal and business
• Travel management, including preparation of detailed itineraries
• Monitoring the Principal’s projects to highlight actions providing up to the minute status reports
• Screening calls, enquiries and requests, and handling subsequent action
• Meeting and welcoming clients and visitors
• Organising paperwork, preparing documentation, keeping the administration in order
• Attending meetings with the Principal
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and staff
• Attending external events
• Liaising with household staff (x4)
• Organising private events and dinners

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken French and English
• Previous Private PA experience
• An agile mind, the highest level of professionalism

• Ability to multi-task across a spectrum of private and business projects
• Superb communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strength of character and calm under pressure
