based in Central Oxford, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager with team management experience. This role is for an immediate start with a chance to turn into a permanent opportunity.

Description
Reporting into the Institute and Administration Director you will be responsible for the efficient running of the Administration team and office. This role is a key role within the senior management team.
The role will involve
- Managing the Administration team and office on a daily basis, planning and organising workloads, updating policies and procedures and recruiting and mentoring new members of staff.
- Managing the Academic program and keeping of track assignments that are due.
- Managing department budget, dealing with expenses and raising PO numbers.
- Arranging and coordinating board meetings, providing board packs and taking and distributing detailed minutes.
- Connecting and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Profile
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
- Experienced people manager (including conducting one to ones and appraisals)
- Experience in organising and taking minutes in meetings
- Must have a positive "can do" attitude
- Intermediate - Advance MS Office Skills
- Experienced gained working in a large organisation
