Client Details
My client are based in South West London and are looking to recruit an Office Manager for their office of 50 employees. They have won numerous awards for their flavoured mixers which are sold across the globe at high end restaurants and hotels. The team are all very down to earth, fun and hard-working.
Description
The role of Office Manager for Drinks Business will involve:
- Being the first point of contact for internal and external contacts
- Running the office of 50 employees
- Working from spreadsheets and databases to ensure the efficient management of the office
- Liaising with couriers and contractors
- Managing the general email address and addressing any customer queries or complaints
- Ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained at all times
- Assisting with new starters and on boarding
- Ordering stationary and supplies for the office
- Some PA duties on an ad-hoc basis such as travel bookings
Profile
The ideal candidate for the role of Office Manager for Drinks Business will be/have:
- Keen interest in the drinks business
- A background in administration and/or office management would be ideal

- Able to use initiative and pre-empt any issues or problems
