We are looking for an exceptionally organised, presentable and dedicated Office Manager and Personal Assistant to join a dynamic team based in the West End! The ideal candidate would be a self-motivated, driven, and possess an unfaultable attention to detail as well as having a drive for excellence in all they do.

The successful candidate will need to have great energy and the ability to work quickly and smartly in a busy and growing office!

Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing and ensuring the office is clean, tidy, and well stocked (e.g. office supplies, maintenance, health and safety, event organisation)
  • Management of four meeting rooms and Finance/ HR filings
  • Front of house duties (providing cover for Receptionist and coordinating tasks)
  • New staff induction and holiday and sickness tracking
  • PA support to Founding Director (expense claims, diary management, meeting preparation, organisation of client lunches and organising travel and itineraries)
