Media PA

Our Client based in the City is looking for a top level PA to step in temporarily. They would ideally have Media, Advertisement, PR and Digital or Creative experience.

You need to be flexible, enthusiastic, bubbly, friendly and willing to learn with a strong eye for detail and a proven track record of hitting tight time frames.

This role is paying from £15ph - £17ph!

• Extensive diary management
• Travel coordination across multiple time zones including arranging visas, flights, accommodation and itineraries
• Coordinating meetings both locally and internationally
• Formatting presentations
• Investor relations coordination and administration
• Formatting of documents and reports
• Managing a busy inbox, screening calls and inputting expenses
• Liaising with external clients and following up on contracts/ reports

Ideally, our client is seeking a proactive, switched on individual with a positive and upbeat approach.
