A global creative innovation agency is looking for a Business and Project Manager to join their boutique London office. This is an exciting time to join the company as they are expanding. You must be a dynamic, self-starter who is able to hit the ground running and will bring a new energy to the business.

The ideal candidate will have a background in the creative industry and will have around 4+ years’ experience in either an operations or account handling role with experience of managing projects and clients. Additional experience in new business or marketing is desirable.

Key duties include managing project timelines, allocating resources and costing projects. You must be comfortable with finances as you’ll be working closely with accountants across the globe, you’ll be sending out invoices and paying freelancers. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating with suppliers and acting as the first point of call for the office. You will help out with recruitment and will ensure smooth day-to-day running of the office.

The ideal candidate for this London based role will be forward thinking and continuously looking to streamline processes. You must be confident using technology and will keep the planning tools updated. Knowledge of Xero and Harvest would be preferable, you must also being familiar with using a Mac.
