EA to MD

Fantastic new EA role in supporting a Managing Director of a Technology Practice. As the EA you will be working for an incredibly busy person who is growing with the company. You will be extremely involved in this position; it is an amazing opportunity to grow with the MD. 

You will be involved in several projects and have an amazing insight into the business. Along with this, EA duties involve:

• Extensive diary management for MD, Clients and Candidates 
• Extensive travel booking, booking accommodation and preparing complex itineraries 
• Acting as a point of contact for clients and candidates 
• Overseeing the smooth running of the search process including all administration 
• Formatting, proofreading and preparing documents and presentations 
• Inbox management and acting as a gatekeeper 
• Support to the wider team 

We are looking for someone with solid EA experience. You will be polished, well spoken, bright and on the ball. We are looking for someone degree educated.
