Department: Asset Finance
JOB PURPOSE (include any Regulatory responsibilities, i.e. CF30/Significant function)
Perform telephone based collections and administration activities for the Asset Finance business. Working to specific targets, the successful candidate will help deliver an improved arrears performance by contacting customers primarily via phone, letter and by email while representing and supporting the strong reputation of The Bank.
KEY RESULT AREAS or ACCOUNTABILITIES

KEY RESULT AREAS or ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Performing 1 & 2 down calls as per a call script and Arrears procedure document.
- Document the outcome of the call and any relevant notes about the customer situation.
- Perform all calls in-line with the Banks Asset Finance call handling/monitoring procedure.
- Experience of telephone collections
- Customer services or customer interaction experience in a business to business or business to personal environment.
- Good experience of using MS excel and MS word.
- Can adapt quickly in a fast pace and frequently changing work environment.
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent data input accuracy
- Excellent English Language skills
- Good numerical skills
- Comfortable working to internal deadlines
- Works well in a team
