Our client, a prestigious organisation based in Windsor is seeking an experienced receptionist to maintain the security and operation of the building at all times as well as other ad hoc administrative duties related to the building.

Description

General tasks and responsibilities:

  • General reception duties including maintaining the security and safety of those working in the building.
  • Point of contact for any general queries.
  • Assisting with paperwork such as programmes and adjudication sheets
  • Assistance with occasional clerical tasks as delegated by managers such as filing, photocopying.
  • Checking shared email account and sending emails when required
  • Completing housekeeping duties such as replenishing coffee sachets and tidying common areas and recording these duties on a daily evening checklist.

    Person Specification:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Competent in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently at times of high activity.
  • Team player, with a flexible approach, and a willingness to help.
